St. James Center is proud to offer you and your children a Summer Day Camp Adventure. 

Campers will have an exciting time at day camp enjoying innovative programming. Our educational and recreational activities are designed to expand children’s awareness of the world around them and encourage personal growth. 

All of these activities combine for a summer of fun in a safe and well structured atmosphere where each individual is treated with dignity, love, and respect.

Weekly Themes
Each weekly theme is highlighted with activities such as, Arts & Crafts, Creative Play,
Songs, Fieldtrips, Stories, Group Games, etc.
Week 1: Welcome Aboard — Staff and campers will get to know one another and work to develop a sense of community.

Week 2: His/Her-Story — A full week of learning about their families history and creating a family tree.

Week 3: P.H.A.T. Bodies — The truth about Physically Healthy and Toned Bodies. 

Week 4: Trading Spaces — Creativity will be the key as campers design a space in another Neighborhood House that is worth trading for.

Week 5: Happy Birthday U.S.A. — Campers will celebrate our country and have fun with patriotic 4th of July activities.

Week 6: Survival of the Fittest — Team challenges will excite campers as they work in tribes to be the ultimate survivor.

Week 7: Show Stoppers — Poets, dancers, singers, writers, actors, artists – all kids will shine and be celebrated as super stars.

Week 8: Camp TAMBO — We’ll enjoy the great outdoors as we go to sleep away camp for 5 full days. More information

Week 9: Wet and Wild — The week will be fun for all for with water balloons, sprinklers, water games and much more.

Week 10: Wacky Olympics — Fun and friendly competitions each day designed around sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair-play.

$40.00 per week — for first child
$20.00 per week — for 2nd child
$20.00 per week — each additional child 
(same parent family/household only)

PART TIME CAMP
2:15pm — 6:00pm
