A Parish Nurse and Community Outreach Worker provide health education and screenings, immunizations, and various family support services at each location.

  • Low-income/at-risk children will receive hearing, vision, lead, and dental screenings, as well as physicals and immunizations.
  • Children will be referred for any necessary follow-up treatment, should it be required.
  • Low-income/at-risk adults will receive blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screenings.
